About Me, In A Few Words
Hi, my name is Brahamjot Chugh, REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Preferred Real Estate.
Gaining extensive experience in global finance, and an understanding of how to close a transaction, my clients have found my experience valuable while purchasing, and selling properties in this unique market.
Transitioning from a career in finance, my passion for architecture made the decision to become a licensed Realtor® easy. Accessing my knowledge of the mortgage process, and market insights, has provided my clients with the confidence that their real estate transaction is being guided with the care and attention it deserves.
New construction homes have helped to ease the pressure on our local housing inventory, and more buyers than ever are choosing this route to home ownership. Having representation that understands the intricacies of long, and often complicated contracts, is important to insure that you get what you want within your budget. My own personal experience of purchasing a new construction home, and having negotiated successful purchases for my clients has provided a learning experience that aids my clients in securing the property that best suits their family's needs.
